I would give this establishment a zero if it were an option. The largest problem with this casino is that the unethical and unprofessional behavior is top down. It starts with the corrupt Tribal Council members of the Sac and Fox Nation and trickles down, washing over the State of Kansas Investigators (whose job it is to protect the patrons, although their hyper-inflated salaries are 100% paid by the Tribal members) again over the regulatory authority that is the Gaming Commission (again, employed by the Tribe) and seeps down through the general manager, directors, supervisors and entry level employees. I have to say that entry level employees have more ethical and moral fortitude (and less of a criminal record) than those at the top of the totem pole. Entry level employees, particularly those who are non-natives, are constantly being treated like worthless garbage which is why the turnover rate is so high. Even the general manager cannot stay in the position for more than a year. Most get so disgusted within six months that they quit. Why wouldn't they? These people can run a corrupt business using unethical and often illegal practices and have no one to answer to. They hide behind their sovereignity they way that the Phelps gang hides behind the first ammendment.

Also, for all you gamblers out there, please understand that those in charge of protecting your interests and ensuring fairness are the very people whose salaries are paid exclusively by the Tribe. They can insert chips into machines that tell them to hit many small jackpots, or an occasional big jackpot, etc. In essence, they are obviously a business and the bottom line is to screw you out of money. Before you spend your hard-earned money there please be aware of that!

This place has a few really wonderful employees who do all they can to ensure that customers are satisfied and happy. Unfortunately, that lasts for about the first week they are there until they, themselves, become so utterly miserable that all they can care about is getting through the day.

Please, folks, use caution when supporting this kind of business that has no accountability to its employees or its customers.
