I have no issue with the gaming experience. However, something fishy is going on, and it's been reported by other players in the last few months. Payments have gone to beyond 30 days (mine is as well). I recently got an email from Tara Murdoch stating she is the new "Withdrawals Manager" and that she would be collecting details and would likely mail a check, rather than credit my bank account. What is touted as a 3-day turnaround has turned into what apparently will be close to 2 months; if I get my check at all. Stay away for now. I used them with little problem for about 3 years off and on.

I've played here a long time and think rushmore is a great casino.

They have good promotions and i get frequent loyalty offers.

Software is good and i have no problems processing transactions in the US with my credit card. If and when i withdraw i usually go for a check which arrives promptly

I feel like rushmore is a pretty good and trustworthy place to play. Promotions are okay, i feel like Cherry Red on the same network has some better promotions. The only reason i play this casino is because of the reputation and they allow USA players...otherwise, i'd probably play at a microgaming or party casino.
