This casino Online Vegas and their whole group GoCasino and Crazy Slots Casino are just scammers and crooks praying on a uninformed public! and i have proof provided by their cutomer service personel via live chat you can save the chat sesion [which if you now notice thanks to me I believe sorry to those that this affected you can not get through to! with out at least a 30 minute or more wait] They prefer that you call them via phone that way there is no record of what is said or done. Unless you record the call very evident if you think about it by phone you have approxamately a 30 second wait. These are the same people answering live chat and phone, So why is the wait time different! Their rewards plan is a scam I personally was ripped off for rewards comp money, and yes I do have proof of this as I did most of my communication with them over live chat and saved the chat sessions they scim the amount of play through and dont give you the right amount of real rewards comps its a long story so i will make it short as possible! The just of it is that. ---BEGINING OF FACTS--- From Feb. 5,2010 until March 23,2010. I played with approxamatly $785.00 of cash deposits and bonus money combined at Online Vegas Casino. And their records say I had $1,687.00 of wagering total from these deposits. And real rewards comps received was $1.68 [get $1.00 back in account for every thousand dollars of wagering] Now on one deposit of $50.00 cash plus 100% signup bonus plus 100% gift card bonus total $150.00 I called up customer service when done and ask if I had made the 10 times total deposit and bonus combined $1500.00 wagering requirement [although nothing left to withdraw just courious about what it took to complete] and was informed that yes I had met requirement of $1500.00 wagering but it did not matter because balance was now $0.00 so nothing to cash out. But my point is $1500.00 wagering on that one deposit and bonuses adding up to $150.00 from $739.00 total deposits and bonuses combined. That leaves $589.00 of deposits and bonuses combined that their is only $187.00 of wagering left [$1,687.00 of wagering based on real rewards comp records minus $1500.00 of wagering already acounted for leaves $187.00 of wagering left] $589.00 deposits and bonuses left that even if i did not win one cent on any bet i placed after that $1500.00 [impossible] There is still $402.00 that was never wagerd according to their [total wagering] since my account balance is $0.00 not $402.00 it must have been wagered this is all a matter of fact from their records typed by their customer service reps. that I also received three different total wagering amounts from two reps and one supervisor not one of the three was the same amount this was at least 9 days after any wagers were made so they were all totaled in the system no reason to be different not a penny difference--- END OF FACTS--- Now when I first thought about and figured this out I thought I must be wrong [but I knew I was not by looking over all the chat records] why would they give me hundreds of dollars in [bonuses] with one hand and rip me off for a couple of dollars [$15.00 to $20.00] with the other hand it made no sense at all! until my brother said yea David its samll on your end but how many players do they have? [lights went on] Not so small on their end. Now I only deposit $25.00 to $50.00 at a time and they were geting me for $3.00 to $5.00 on each deposit with the real rewards program [and this is a very low estimate] depending on amount of wagering done [wagering adds up very quickly if you check it out some time]. Now with players that deposit $100.00 to $1000.00 were talking $20.00 to $200.00 dollars a deposit and according to them they have thousands of depositing customers [looking at their free roll tournaments i know that they have 16,000 or more that have their software downloaded and entered into the tournaments] a deposit for most gamblers last a day win or lose so count a deposit as a day and add up the numbers it is amazing how much they are skimming hundreds of thousands of dollars a day could be up to a $1,000,000.00 only they know. And to top it off to move up the levels of their Premium Rewards Program it is done by amount of comp points earned total so they are also keeping patrons [players] from advancing to a higher rewards level and higher comps back amount thus skimming more over all total a day these are complete crooks they have a good scam going but that is all it is a scam their software is programed to just quit paying to keep you from getting a high enough balance to cash out that is why their games do not have a stop on the spin because then you have a chance of changing up the reels and winning! With out it software can go from high pay to low pay to no pay without you having the ability to do or change any way the reels land. And when it stops paying which it will.with their software it just starts loosing and their is nothing you can do except stop playing but eventually you are going to play again and it is going to still continue to lose untill it takes the rest of that deposit. on next deposit same thing a little winning never enough over the deposit amount that a person would cash out and have them send them the winnings just a clmplete and total scam look at their posted winners for each month out of their quoted thousands of depositing players their are only a hand full of what they call winners posted certain circumstance known of betting $125.00 a spin and after it ate $10,000.00 and the person lowered ther bet to $12.50 it hit something and pays them $1,800.00 and they post them as a winner that is not a winner that person lost $8,200.00 on that game before it gave them their posted win. These are not realy winners that are posted. Lets see what each of these people deposited on that particular win not the total amount deposited by that player just that one deposit that the win came from. The amount deposited will almost always be higher than the amount cashed out. With a few exceptions because of flaws in there very precise set of software. they offer lots of play time with almost no oppertunity of winning enough to cashout.
